刺龍堂では我々のデザインの原点であるアジアンスタイルと、「融合」とをテーマにし、常に新しいスタイルを模索しております。
その一点のみがオリジナルであり、一人一人の身体上でしか存在しないデザインを提供させて頂きます。
TATTOOとは最も深い位置にある身体への装飾です。
替えの利くものではなく、また深く身体と心に刻み込むものです。
より高いレベルものを、作り上げていきましょう。
また、刺龍堂では、以下の事でお受け出来ないケースがあります。
▼デザインの模倣
他スタジオ作品のコピーなどの贋作品や、著作権（*）に触れるような
作品については、一切受け付けておりません。
（アイデアとして色々なデザインを持ち込み頂く事は歓迎です）
当スタジオの作品そのもののコピーも同様です。
デザインというのは、お互いに考えた末に出された結果であり、
それをそのまま第三者に当てはめ、入れられるとは考えていないからです。
▼カバーアップ
こちらにつきましては、ご自身や友人などがやられたものの修正などは可能です。
国内、国外問わず、作品として問題ないもののカバーは請け負いかねます。
刺龍堂の考えとしましては、それを入れた方の作品を壊したくないのです。
ご理解下さい。
▼宗教上のモチーフや思想的なもの
宗教を冒涜するもの、また、思想的に偏っているものはお受け出来ません。
また、意味もなく宗教的なものを入れるのは、海外では危険な場合もあります。
充分、考えて下さい。

*著作権について
著作権は作者の死後５０年間は保証され、何人もこれを許可無く使用する事は出来ません。
これに違反すると著作権違反となり「違法行為」となります。
作者の死後5０年以降、著作権の消滅後は、著作物は「パブリック・ドメイン」に帰し、
何人も、著作者の人格的利益を害しない限り、自由にこれを利用出来るようになります。

【ABOUT DESIGNS】
We have an original Asian position style, theme of `integration`, and we are always looking for a new kind of style. We give an original design for each person so that it can be special for that person. Tattoo is the decoration that people can be located in their deepest position. It can’t be replaced, and it places deeply in the body and the soul. We’ll try our best to aim a very high quality to make one, together with you.
Our main is not to design a large size tattoo. Even though the tattoo itself is small, we aim for a well balanced position, and design to fade in well with the other tattoo. We are also aiming for a tattoo that can always be together naturally. It’s important to not to brake the balance of one’s lifestyle.
So we recommend to have a right tattoo for a right place, and not to have too much.
▼There are several cases that we can’t take.
▼A copy of one’s design
We don’t take a copy of other studio’s design, or any other design that will be against the *copy right law.
(But we’ll be glad to have some designs for an idea)
A copy from our studio is the same.
This is because we think that design is a complete conclusion that was thought and made between the artist and the customer for themselves, not for somebody else.
▼Cover up
We can make some revisions to a tattoo that was designed by one’s self or by one’s friend. But we don’t make revisions to which has no problem as piece of work, even though it was designed within the country or at abroad.
As Shiryudoh, we don’t want to ruin that person’s work. Please understand.
▼Religious motif: Philosophical design
A design that profane religion or an idea that is obstinate is unacceptable. To have a religious meaning tattoo for a no reason may be dangerous at abroad so please think carefully.

*Copy right law
Copy right law is given 50 years after one’s death, and no one can use this without permission.
To against this will be piracy.
After the 50years, one’s work become a `public domain`, and anybody can use this freely unless it ignores one’s personality.
【Order for the designs】
We also take requests for the designs as well. Hand written designs, DATA, we can also send some printed out designs as well. We take collaboration as well. Please contact us if any.
