ご希望の方法により、手順は異なります。
先ず最初に、「新規デザイン作成」か「既存のデザイン」のどちらをご希望かお知らせ下さい。
新規デザイン作成の方は、打ち合わせのご予約を頂く必要があります。
打ち合わせの時間帯は11:30か19:00のどちらかとなっておりますので、ご希望の日時をお伝え下さい。
尚、その際に、デザインのイメージ、カラー、サイズ、施術部位などもお伝え下さい。ご予約の場合には、この時点より料金(￥10,000)が発生致しますので、時間には遅れる事のないよう、ご注意下さい。また、施術日のご予約をキャンセルされた場合には、「新規デザインの作成」「既存のデザイン」いずれの場合においても、違約金が発生致します。
既存のデザインをご希望の方。またはその他、デザインを見たい、金額を知りたい、まだ漠然としている状況、先ずはスタジオを見てみたいなどの場合には、「見学」という方法をお勧め致します。（＊こちらは予約金や違約金の必要はありません）見学の時間帯は14:30から19:00までの間となります。ただし、混雑している場合や、その他、予定があり見学が不可能な場合もございます。御来訪の際には、必ず事前にご連絡宜しくお願い致します。
【手順】
★予約フォームをご記入頂きまして、送信して下さい。
営業日の３日以内までには、ご返信差し上げられると思います。
（※混雑時を除く）
携帯から送信された場合には、届かないケースがあります。
連絡が無い場合には、お手数ですが再度、お電話にてお問い合わせ下さい。
尚、遠方の方は契約書の郵送も行っております。
施術当日のみ、ご来訪頂く事も可能です。現時点では新規デザインの作成と持ち込みでのオーダーが可能です。
（＊契約書の郵送に関しては、このページの最後をご参照下さい。）
また、ご予約を希望される場合には印鑑・身分証明書・予約金の以上３点が必要となりますので、こちらを忘れずにお持ち下さい。
予約金は基本的に３万円ですが、デザインの作成方法などにより異なります。その都度、お問い合わせ下さい。
＜打ち合わせ・見学の注意点＞
・打ち合わせの基本的な時間は、11:30か19:00のどちらかとなります。
・見学の時間帯、基本的に14:30から19:00の間となります。見学が不可能とな
る時もありますので、事前にご一報願います。
・打ち合わせ時間は厳守にてお願いします。
・当日、正当な理由なしで15分を越えて遅刻の際には、次回に繰り越しとなる
のでご注意下さい。
・予約時間をお守り頂けない場合には、施術はお受け出来ません。
お互いの信頼関係の上に成り立つものですので、最低限の約束だけはお守
り下さい。
・車でお越しの際には、道路混雑や駐車場の問題もあります。
時間には十分な余裕を持ってお越し下さい。
尚、以下の方の施術はお断りとさせていただいております。
▼１８歳未満の方、または高校在学者。
法令及び、東京都の条例により禁じられております。
▼妊娠中の方、薬物依存、アルコール依存症の方、
その他、持病をお持ちの方。
また、感染症キャリアの方も、申し訳ありませんがお断り頂いております。
▼一般常識の無い方、同様に常識ある人間関係を構築出来ない方。
▼その他、施術に適当でないと判断された方。
以上に該当の方は施術をお断りとさせて頂いております。ご了承下さい。
また以下の項目も禁止されております。
▼スタジオ内での食事
▼打ち合わせ最中、長時間に渡る携帯電話での通話（緊急の場合以外）
これらも禁止となります。ご理解下さい。
※スタジオ内は禁煙の為、喫煙は外となります。ご了承下さい。
〈契約書の郵送をご希望の方〉
ご予約の方法としては、まず予約フォームよりご連絡下さい。
＊住所の記載は必ず、お願いします。
その際に、ご希望のデザインのサイズや詳細、また施術希望日なども併せて、お知らせ下さい
＊郵送の場合、ご希望の日より最低一か月以上前までに、最初のご連絡を下さい。
その後、刺龍堂よりご連絡致します。
その際に、お振込先もお知らせをさせて頂きますので、そちらに予約金の一万円をお振込下さい。
お振込確認が取れ次第、契約書などの郵送をさせて頂きます。
（この時点で打ち合わせと同様、「ご予約」という状況になります）
そちらが届きましたら、全ての書類に目を通して頂き、デザインのイメージ等、ご返送下さい。
デザインの確認が取れ次第、デザインの作成に入らせて頂きます。
この時の注意点としましては、契約書の郵送の場合にはイメージをお伝え頂きました後、
デザイン完成までお任せ頂ける場合にのみ可能となります。
打ち合わせの無い分、デザインを詰める事が出来ないので、なるべく具体的な
イメージなどがある方が良いかと思います。
逆に一つのデザインの中に入れたいモチーフ、入れたい要素などが多いなどの場合にも、
デザイン作成が難しくなりますので、ご注意下さい。
実際にお越し頂けない分、ご不明な点もあると思います。

デザイン完成後、画像をメールにて添付させて頂きますので、そちらをご確認頂いた後、
料金の計算、施術日の確定も出来ます。
【RESERVATION】
Shiryudoh only takes reservation. We don’t take customers without a reservation.
We also don’t do tattoo at the same day as reservation as well.
To reserve
Please fill out and the send the form, and wait for our reply, or call us through the phone.
Our reply to the form will be the next day if it’s sent on our regular holiday, or if it’s after our business hours.
For customers at the long distance; we will send the written contract so the customer can just have to come at the tattooing day.
【At the arrangement: to visitor】
The basic time for the arrangement, visit is around 11:30 or 19:00.
To reserve, we need one's seal impression, I.D., and reservation money so please don’t forget. The reservation money is usually \10000 but it depends on the design etc, so please contact us beforehand.

・Is under 18 years old, or a high school student; from the law, and the Tokyo regulations
・Has dependence to medicine, alcohol, or has any other disease. And we’re sorry but who has a career of an infection.
・Has no common sense, or cannot have a proper relationship with other people.
・Anybody else who we think should not have a tattoo.
We cannot take any customers who apply to this.

・No eating
・No phone call during the arrangement (unless it’s emergency)
・No smoking (outside only please)
【Arrangement day (Visiting)】
We’ll talk about the design, and we’ll be making a medical (clinical) record. We’ll be glad to have some book, photo, or anything for an idea to make up a design; but it’s not necessary. After the arrangement and the contract, we’ll start on the design.
Visitors are always welcome.
For customer who wishes to have the written contract; please send us the filled reservation form first, and send us back the form we’ll send after wards.
*The private records from the I.D., etc. will be protected safely. We’ll not use for any other purpose.
【Until up to the artillery】
The artillery date will be fixed after the design have finished. The request of the artillery date is acceptable at the arrangementday as well (it may not be available).
*The changes of the fixed date will cost another price. Please be careful.
At the tattooing day, we need one's seal impression, and the money subtracted from the reservation price.

・Please wear something that is loose and easy to move (not something tight).
・Please wear a clothe that is easy to take off at the place to have a tattoo (so that you don’t have to take off everything)
・A skin that just got sunburned is not available
・Please don’t drink the day before. And please don’t get at the day before(not available)
・Please don’t get nervous (please relax)
【AFTER】
We’ll explain the details of `after care` after the artillery. We also give out print outs of the details. We will answer to any questions. Please follow the rules and take care very well. The skin will calm down within around 4days to 2weeks.
Please contact us after the skin has calmed down. Contacting by Email is fine if you’re busy or at long distance.
